This looks like it might be another moraine running down the spine of Long Island, sometimes referred to as the Ronkonkoma moraine. Les had a big debate with John Sanders, who thought the Ronkonkoma was an Illinoian margin. Les considered it a recessional Wisconsinan position.; May 05, 2007 3:18 PM
